Ingredients
- 1 pound Flour City Pasta Lemon Pepper Fettuccine
- ½ cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ¾ cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bring several quarts of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook 7-9 minutes until al dente. Drain.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic
- Add shrimp and saute until thoroughly cooked. (about three to five minutes)
- In a large bowl toss cooked pasta and shrimp
- Serve with parmesan cheese.
