  • 1 pound Flour City Pasta Lemon Pepper Fettuccine
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese
  1. Bring several quarts of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook 7-9 minutes until al dente. Drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic
  4. Add shrimp and saute until thoroughly cooked. (about three to five minutes)
  5. In a large bowl toss cooked pasta and shrimp
  6. Serve with parmesan cheese.
