Garlic Toasted Onion Al Prosciutto

Ingredients
- 1 LB Flour City Pasta Garlic Toasted Onion Fettuccine, cooked al dente
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 4 Oz Cooked Ham, chopped into small cubes
- 6 TBS Butter
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- Salt and Pepper
- Nutmeg
Instructions
- Bring several quarts of water to boil. Drop Fettuccine in the water and boil al dente, (about 8 minutes)
- Drain
- In a large skillet, melt butter over low heat.
- Add chopped ham and cook five minutes until heated through
- Add cream, stirring constantly
- Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
- Fold the cooked pasta into the sauce, top with parmesan cheese and serve warm.
