Garlic Toasted Onion Al Prosciutto
Quick, Hearty Comfort Food!
  • 1 LB Flour City Pasta Garlic Toasted Onion Fettuccine, cooked al dente
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 Oz Cooked Ham, chopped into small cubes
  • 6 TBS Butter
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  1. Bring several quarts of water to boil. Drop Fettuccine in the water and boil al dente, (about 8 minutes)
  2. Drain
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over low heat.
  4. Add chopped ham and cook five minutes until heated through
  5. Add cream, stirring constantly
  6. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
  7. Fold the cooked pasta into the sauce, top with parmesan cheese and serve warm.
