Ingredients
- 1 pound Flour City Pasta All Mixed Up Blend
- 1 pound shrimp, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup peas
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 TBS Dijon Mustard
- Bay Seasoning to taste
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Bring several quarts of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook about 6 minutes until al dente. Drain.
- Steam shrimp over water that has been seasoned with Bay Seasoning.
- Put cooked pasta in a large bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, cooked shrimp and peas.
- Toss and add salt, pepper and Bay Seasoning.
- Serve cold.
