All Mixed Up Blend with Shrimp and Peas

  • 1 pound Flour City Pasta All Mixed Up Blend
  • 1 pound shrimp, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup peas
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 TBS Dijon Mustard
  • Bay Seasoning to taste
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Bring several quarts of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook about 6 minutes until al dente. Drain.
  2. Steam shrimp over water that has been seasoned with Bay Seasoning.
  3. Put cooked pasta in a large bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, mustard, cooked shrimp and peas.
  5. Toss and add salt, pepper and Bay Seasoning.
  6. Serve cold.
